How do I check in/out?

  1. Open the time clock (URL or device your manager gave you).
  2. If you see "Enter code", the device must be authorized first (manager enters the 8‑digit code). Then the "Enter your PIN" screen appears.
  3. Enter your 4‑digit PIN.
  4. When prompted, allow location (required for check-in).
  5. Tap Check in (start) or Check out (end). See Kiosk System and Using the Time Clock.

What if I forget my PIN?

Ask your manager or admin to reset it. They go to Employees → your profile → Edit → set a new PIN and share it with you securely. For complete PIN information and troubleshooting, see Understanding PINs and Troubleshooting Time Clock.

Can I view my schedule?

Yes. After you enter your PIN on the time clock, you can view your schedule (e.g. Today's Schedule, calendar) and time off in the time clock interface. The dashboard Today's Schedule widget also shows who works today. See Kiosk System, Shift Scheduling, Dashboard & Reporting.

How do I request time off?

  1. On the time clock, enter your PIN and go to the time off (or "My time off") section.
  2. Click Add time off (or similar).
  3. Choose type (e.g. Vacation, Sick), start date, end date, and optionally notes.
  4. Submit. The request is pending until a manager approves or rejects it. See Time Off Management and Employee Time Off (Time Clock).

What if I forget to check out?

You stay checked in until you check out or a manager corrects the time log. Check out as soon as you can. If you can't (e.g. left for the day), ask your manager to add or edit the time log (Time logs → Add or Edit) with the correct check-out time. See Kiosk System, Editing Time Logs, Common Tasks.
