For New Users

If you're new to Omeny, follow these steps to create your account and get started.

Creating Your Account​

  1. Navigate to the Sign Up Page

    • Go to the Omeny website
    • Click "Sign Up" or "Create Account"
    • You'll see the registration form

  2. Fill in Your Personal Information

    • First Name: Enter your first name
    • Last Name: Enter your last name
    • Email Address: Enter a valid email address (this will be your login email)
    • Language: Select your preferred language (English or Romanian)
    • Password: Create a secure password that meets the requirements:
      • At least 6 characters
      • At least one uppercase letter
      • At least one lowercase letter
      • At least one special character (e.g., !@#$%^&*()_+-=[]|;':"\,./?)
    • Confirm Password: Re-enter your password to confirm

  3. Review Terms and Conditions

    • Read the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy
    • By creating an account, you agree to these terms

  4. Submit the Form

    • Click "Create Account"
    • Wait for the account creation process to complete

Email Verification​

After creating your account, you'll need to verify your email address:

  1. Check Your Email Inbox

    • Look for an email from Omeny (check your spam folder if you don't see it)
    • The email will contain a confirmation link

  2. Click the Confirmation Link

    • Open the email and click the confirmation link
    • This will activate your account and redirect you back to Omeny

  3. If You Don't Receive the Email

    • Check your spam/junk folder
    • Wait a few minutes (emails can sometimes be delayed)
    • Verify you entered the correct email address
    • If you still don't receive it, you can request a new confirmation email from the login page

Important: You must verify your email before you can log in. This security measure ensures that you have access to the email address associated with your account.

First-Time Login​

Once your email is verified:

  1. Go to the Login Page

    • Navigate to the Omeny login page
    • Enter your email address and password
    • Click "Sign In"

  2. What Happens Next

    • If you don't have any organizations yet, you'll be prompted to create one
    • You'll be taken through the organization setup wizard
    • Follow the prompts to set up your first organization

  3. Dashboard Access

    • After creating your organization, you'll be taken to the dashboard
    • You can start configuring your organization settings

Troubleshooting Account Creation​

Password Issues

  • Make sure your password meets all requirements (shown as you type)
  • The password requirements are displayed with checkmarks as you type
  • All requirements must be met before you can submit

Email Already Exists

  • If you see an error that the email already exists, try logging in instead
  • If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page

Account Creation Fails

  • Check your internet connection
  • Make sure all required fields are filled
  • Verify your email address is valid
  • Try using a different browser
