How many employees can I add?

There is no fixed limit documented in this guide. You can add many employees; the app uses filtering and pagination for large lists. Check the Omeny website or your plan for any plan-specific limits.

Can I manage multiple locations?

You can have multiple organizations (e.g. one per location or brand). Each organization has its own employees, shifts, time off, and time logs. Switch between organizations via the organization switcher (e.g. in the header). See Organization Management and Switching Between Organizations.

How do I export data for payroll?

  • Schedule: ShiftsPrint or Export (e.g. PDF). Use department filter for team-level exports. The export includes the schedule grid and optionally legend, totals.
  • Time logs are not exported to CSV or file. Use Time logs (with filters by employee, department, date range) to view attendance and hours, and use that together with the schedule export for payroll. See Time Log Management, Shift Scheduling, Employment Types & Payroll, Dashboard & Reporting.

Can I edit time logs?

Yes. Managers and admins can edit existing time logs (Time logs → find entry → Edit → change check-in/check-out) and add manual entries (e.g. missed punches). See Editing Time Logs.

How do I remove an employee?

Deactivate them rather than deleting: Employees → find the employee → Edit → set Active to No (or use the Deactivate action if available). Deactivated employees no longer appear in most lists (e.g. schedule, time clock) but history (time logs, past shifts) is kept. Deleting an employee removes them and can remove related data; use only when required by policy. See Employee Management.
