The time clock is where employees clock in when they start work and clock out when they finish. You can use a shared tablet or computer at your workplace, or the time clock page on any device. This section explains how to set it up and how to use it.

Key Concepts
Time Clock
- The screen where employees enter their PIN to clock in or out
- Can be a tablet, computer, or phone with a browser
- Must be authorized by a manager, admin, or owner first
- Same device can stay on the time clock page all day
Authorization
- Each device shows an 8-digit code
- Manager enters the code in Organization Settings → Devices
- Device is then linked to your organization
- Employees can then use it to clock in and out
