What They Mean

  • Authentication errors (e.g. invalid PIN, invalid email/password, expired token) mean the app couldn't verify who you are. Fix credentials or sign in again.
  • Permission errors mean your role doesn't allow that action. An admin or owner must grant access or perform the action.
  • Location errors mean the browser or device isn't providing location (e.g. for check-in). Enable it in Settings or use a different device.
  • Network errors (offline, connection lost) mean the device can't reach the internet or the app. Check connectivity and retry.

How to Resolve Them

  1. Read the message: it often says what's wrong (e.g. location, permission, token).
  2. Try the suggested fix (allow location, sign in again, use correct PIN, etc.).
  3. Refresh the page or restart the browser when things seem stuck.
  4. Use another browser or device if the problem persists (e.g. drag-and-drop, print).
  5. Ask your manager or admin when it's about roles, invitations, PINs, or organization access.
  6. Contact support (or your org's contact) if you've tried these steps and the error continues. Include what you did, what you saw (message, screen), and browser/device if relevant.
