Browser Compatibility

Supported Browsers​

  • Use a modern, up-to-date browser. Typical supported versions:
    • Chrome (recommended)
    • Edge
    • Firefox
    • Safari (macOS and iOS)
  • Keep your browser updated to the latest version. Old versions may cause login, drag-and-drop, or print issues.

Browser Requirements​

  • JavaScript must be enabled. The app relies on it for navigation, forms, and the time clock.
  • Cookies must be enabled for login and sessions. Don't block cookies for the Omeny site.
  • HTTPS: Use the official app URL (https). Don't use insecure (http) or unknown links.

Enabling Location Services​

  • Check-in requires location when your organization uses it.
    • When the browser asks for location, click Allow.
    • If you denied it: Settings → Privacy (or Site settings) → Omeny site → Location → Allow.
    • On mobile, ensure Location (or GPS) is on for the device and allowed for the browser or app.
    • Reload the time clock and try check-in again.
