Schedule Planning for Next Month

  • Open Shifts, select the next month, and plan assignments (using templates or custom shifts).
  • Consider time off already approved, department coverage, and overtime (full‑time) where relevant.
  • Use department filter when printing/exporting so each team gets a clear schedule.

Payroll Data Preparation

  • Use Shifts monthly statistics: total hours, overtime hours, total cost. Filter by department when printing/exporting to get department-level totals.
  • Use Time logs (with filters by employee, department, date range) to verify logged hours vs. schedule.
  • Export or print the schedule (with options like legend, totals) and use it together with time logs as inputs to payroll. See Time Log Management, Shift Scheduling, and Employment Types & Payroll.

Monthly Reports Generation

  • The app does not have a separate "Reports" page. Use:
    • Dashboard stats and widgets for high-level totals and activity.
    • Time logs (filtered) for attendance detail.
    • Shifts stats and print/export for schedule and labour cost.
  • Filter by employee, department, and date range to get the views you need. See Dashboard & Reporting.

Performance Review Preparation

  • Use time logs (hours worked, attendance) and shift data (assignments, overtime) to support performance or utilization discussions.
  • Employee profiles (time logs, schedule, time off) give a per-person view. There is no built‑in performance review module; use the existing data as inputs.
