Employee Metrics

Total Employees​

  • The Total Employees stat on the dashboard is the number of active employees. Inactive employees are not included in this count.

Active vs. Inactive Employees​

  • Active employees appear in dashboard stats, widgets, and most lists. You can deactivate (or activate) employees from the Employees page.
  • The dashboard does not show a separate "inactive" count. To see inactive employees or total vs. active, use the Employees page and its filters.

Employee Growth Tracking​

  • The app does not provide employee growth or historical headcount trends. The dashboard shows current active count only. For growth over time, you would need to track that outside the app.
