Daily Time Log Statistics

Today's Check-Ins​

  • Checked In Now (stat card) = number of employees currently checked in.
  • The Live Attendance widget lists everyone who checked in today: those working (still checked in), those finished (checked out), and those scheduled but absent (not checked in).

Today's Check-Outs​

  • Employees who have checked out appear in Live Attendance as Finished, with check-in and check-out times and session duration. The Checked In Now stat does not include them.

Currently Active Employees​

  • Currently working = checked in and not yet checked out. They are shown in the Live Attendance widget with a "Working" badge, check-in time, and elapsed duration.

Daily Summaries​

  • Shifts Today = how many shift assignments exist for today (schedule).
  • Hours This Week = logged hours from time logs for the current week, across all employees.
  • For per-employee daily or weekly detail, use Time logs (and filters) or Weekly Hours on the dashboard, then open the employee profile from a widget row.
