Viewing Time Logs

Accessing the Time Logs Page

  1. Go to Dashboard.
  2. Open Time logs (or Time Logs) in the menu.
  3. You'll see the full list of time log entries for your organization.

Understanding the Time Log Table

The table shows one row per time log. Each row usually includes:

  • Employee – Name of the person who clocked in.
  • PIN – Employee's PIN (may be hidden; use the show/hide control if available).
  • Department – Employee's department.
  • Check-in – Date and time they clocked in.
  • Check-out – Date and time they clocked out (or empty if they haven't clocked out yet).
  • Duration – Length of the shift (when both check-in and check-out exist).
  • Check-in location – Where they clocked in (if recorded).
  • Check-out location – Where they clocked out (if recorded).

You can use the menu (e.g. three dots) on a row to Edit or Delete that entry.

The list is paginated: you see a limited number of rows per page. Use the pagination controls at the bottom to move between pages or change how many rows are shown.

Reading Time Log Entries

  • Complete log – Both check-in and check-out are filled. The duration shows how long the shift was.
  • Open log – Check-in is filled but check-out is empty. The employee is still clocked in, or they forgot to clock out.
  • Location – Shown as an address or similar when the time clock recorded it. You may be able to open it in a maps app.

Location Information

  • Check-in and check-out locations (when available) appear in the table.
  • Locations come from the device when the employee used the time clock.
  • You can use this to verify where someone clocked in or out. If a location is clickable, it may open in a maps application.
