Managing Your Profile

Viewing Your Profile​

  1. Open the user menu (your name or avatar) in the top-right of the dashboard.
  2. Click Profile. You can also go to Dashboard → Profile (if linked in your sidebar).
  3. The Profile page shows a form with First name, Last name, Email, and Language.

Your email and role (for the current organization) appear in the user menu. The profile form is where you edit your details.

Updating Profile Information​

  1. On the Profile page, change First name, Last name, Email, or Language as needed.
  2. Click Save Profile (or Save).
  3. The app validates your input. First name and Last name are required and must be at least 2 characters. Email is required and must be a valid address.
  4. If the update succeeds, you'll see a short success message. Your name and email in the user menu and across the app will reflect the new values after a refresh.

Note: Changing your email may trigger a verification flow depending on your organization's setup. The app updates both your profile and login email when you save a new address.

Changing Password​

The app does not currently offer a Change password option on the Profile page. To change your password, use your organization's password reset or recovery process (e.g. "Forgot password" on the login page, if available), or contact your administrator.

Email Preferences​

  • You can update your email in Profile (see above). That email is used for login and for notifications (e.g. invitations) the app sends.
  • There is no separate "Email preferences" screen for choosing which emails you receive. Notifications (e.g. invites) are sent according to product behaviour; you control your address via the profile form.

Delete Account​

  • The Profile page includes a Delete Account section. This permanently removes your account and associated data (including organizations where you are the sole owner).
  • Delete is irreversible. Use it only when you are sure. Confirm in the dialog when prompted.
  • After deletion, you are signed out and redirected to the login page.
