Password Best Practices​

  • Use a strong password: mix of letters (upper and lower case), numbers, and symbols, and avoid obvious or reused passwords.
  • Don't share your password. No one from Omeny will ask for it.
  • Since the app doesn't support in-app password change, use the password reset or recovery flow (e.g. "Forgot password") when you need to set a new one.

Secure Authentication​

  • You sign in with email and password. The app uses secure, industry-standard authentication.
  • For time clock use, employees use a PIN (and, where applicable, device authorization). Dashboard access remains email + password for managers and admins.

Session Management​

  • You stay logged in until you sign out or your session expires.
  • To sign out, open the user menu (top-right) and choose Log out (or Sign out). You'll be redirected to the login page.
  • The app does not provide a "Manage sessions" or "Active devices" page. Signing out ends your current session. For security, sign out when using a shared or public device.
