Employee Profiles and Details

Each employee has a comprehensive profile page that shows all their information, history, and statistics in one place.

Accessing Employee Profiles

Ways to Access:

  1. Click on employee name in employees list
  2. Click "View" button next to employee
  3. Navigate directly via URL (if you know employee ID)

Profile Page Sections:

  • Overview: Basic information and summary
  • Time Logs: Check-in/check-out history
  • Shifts: Scheduled shifts and assignments
  • Time Off: Vacation and absence records
  • Statistics: Hours worked and attendance data

Profile Overview Tab

Basic Information:

  • Full name
  • PIN (can be shown/hidden)
  • Department
  • Employment type
  • Status (Active/Inactive)
  • Hire date (creation date)

Compensation Summary:

  • Salary or wage information
  • Employment type details
  • Pay calculation method

Quick Statistics:

  • Total hours worked (this month)
  • Check-ins this month
  • Upcoming shifts
  • Recent activity

Time Logs Tab

Viewing Time Logs:

  • Complete history of check-ins and check-outs
  • Date and time for each entry
  • Location information
  • Total hours per day

Time Log Details:

  • Check-in time and location
  • Check-out time and location
  • Duration of shift
  • Address where clocked in/out

Filtering Time Logs:

  • Filter by date range
  • View specific periods
  • Export time log data
  • See patterns and trends

Shifts Tab

Scheduled Shifts:

  • All shifts assigned to employee
  • Monthly calendar view
  • Shift details (time, type, department)
  • Overtime indicators

Shift Information:

  • Shift start and end times
  • Shift type/template
  • Department assignment
  • Overtime status
  • Notes or special instructions

Time Off Tab

Time Off Records:

  • All vacation and time-off requests
  • Date ranges
  • Time-off type
  • Status (approved/pending)
  • Notes

Viewing Time Off:

  • Calendar view of absences
  • List of all time-off records
  • Upcoming time off
  • Historical time off

Statistics Tab

Employee Statistics:

  • Total hours worked (various periods)
  • Average hours per week/month
  • Attendance rate
  • Check-in/check-out patterns
  • Overtime hours (if applicable)

Statistical Periods:

  • This month
  • Last month

  • Custom date ranges

Using Statistics:

  • Track employee attendance
